This page is designed to assist you with formally seeking advice or report a Wrongdoing at VIU.
On receipt of your Request for Advice or Report, VIU's Designated Officer will proceed in accordance with VIU's Policy and Procedures for providing Advice or receiving Reports. Your Request for advice or Report will be treated with the strictest confidence.
You will be asked to provide information (which may include personal information) as a part of requesting advice or reporting a wrongdoing. Such personal information is collected under the Authority of Section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). This information will be used for the purpose of administering VIU's Safe Disclosure Policy and any other purposes that are reasonably connected to that purpose.
